Account Manager- Aggregator Relationships

Role Overview

The Account Manager will manage and deepen existing aggregator relationships educate and grow this portfolio in partnership in Think Tank’s white label products and services.

The Account Manager will support and manage the Aggregators entire lending portfolio from opportunity through to settlement, retention and assist in referrals to Thinktanks commercial team.


  • Building strong relationships with aggregators, broker and operational partners
  • Create and strengthen broker awareness of Thinktank products and services
  • Workshop scenarios with aggregator sales teams and brokers to ensure that the proposed deal falls within ThinkTank’s risk appetite and Lending criteria and meets our requirements
  • Meet or exceed targeted monthly loan volumes
  • Achieve annual loan origination budget

About You

  • 5 + yrs Business development experience in Banking/Financial services
  • Have established relationships in the Third Party broking sector
  • Business or Consumer lending experience with a focus on Third party residential lending
  • Financial literacy
  • Proven ability to develop long-lasting relationships with key external stakeholders (brokers, aggregators) and internal stakeholders
  • Strong consultation and negotiation skills
  • Ability to influence and motivate others
  • Operate with a high standard of ethics and integrity at all times
  • Strong analytical skills and high degree of numeracy
