Commercial Market Focus – July 2017

The Westpac-Melbourne Institute Consumer Sentiment Index fell by a further 1.8 points in June to 96.2 to be back in firmly pessimistic territory with the June reading the weakest since the RBA’s 2016 rate cut. The NAB Business Conditions and Confidence both fell in May to be 11 to +12 and -7 to +6 respectively after hitting multi-year highs last month.
