Commercial Partnership Manager- Leading Non Bank Lender

Role Overview

The Commercial Partnership Manager (CPM) will manage existing, and develop new, broker and aggregator relationships in Thinktank’s target and White Label partner markets. The CPM will ensure that all of our relationships in these target markets know and understand Thinktank’s lender proposition along with our products and services. This role reports to the National Manager, Commercial and Partnerships.

 

Key Accountabilities

  • Build strong relationships with external stakeholders (aggregators, brokers and borrowers) by consistently delivering a high level of customer service.
  • With an initial focus on White Label (WL) partners this role may expand into supporting and engaging with other aggregator partner networks.
  • Maximise the visibility of Thinktank’s brand and products by actively and positively promoting the company at events including aggregator Professional Development days, education sessions, breakfast/lunch workshops and other scheduled events.
  • Workshop scenarios with brokers to ensure that the proposed deal falls within Thinktank’s credit risk appetite and lending criteria and meets or can be solved to address the borrower’s requirements.
  • Adhere to all relevant regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Understand and apply an acceptable level of lending risk in line with Thinktank’s stated appetite and published credit criteria.

 

About You

  • Minimum 2-3 years commercial &/or residential credit experience.
  • Proven experience in a sales, account management, relationship management role within Financial Services.
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills for significant public presentations and webinars.
  • Proactive, outgoing, resilient, sales orientated.
  • Willing to start conversations and grow transactional opportunities and not afraid of cold calling or warm calls.
  • Ability to quickly build rapport and grow lasting relationships.
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure with strong time management practices.
  • High degree of professionalism and ethical standards
